This company should not be used at any cost, this was a sentimental valued gift for a very elderly person for their garden. Someone should tell this company that the whole idea of a tracking system is that at any point on its journey you can trace where your item is. This company should be ashamed of the way they conduct their laughable service and hang their head in shame. Never again will I TRUST. Parcelforce with any item for transport.
