Fortunately my parcel was of very low value which is just as well as it appears to have been stolen. According to the tracker my parcel was delivered this afternoon and signed for by me. I was home all day, received nothing and signed nothing. Worse still Parcelforce has a photograph of my alleged 'signature' which consists of two scrawled initial letters, presumably copied from the name on the parcel. This shows that the driver deliberately faked a delivery to me and forged a signature to 'prove' it. He or she will be very disappointed when they open the parcel but not as disgusted as I am. Don't use this company.
