Sent a parcel out on the 25th Aug,Paid extra for next day delivery £17.95.Phoned the customer the next day No Parcel.Checked the tracking number and instead of being sent to Newcastle it ended up at Milton Keynes depot.Called the depot and a guy from customer services apologised and said he would get it sorted and send it straight away.Called the depot again today and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed that her colleague hadn't even logged it on to process.Not Happy one bit,she as now sorted it for me today.If it wasn't for her kind help you would of got no stars.
