My Parcel was Picked up on the 6th August 2020 addressed to Nigeria. I tried to track it for weeks it kept showing “Exported” When I rang Parcel Force, I quickly realised how badly trained they were or should I say not trained in customer service. I kept being referred to different people ie their international section, Parcel Monkey which I used to access Parcel force service. I will never use Parcel force again and would not advise or encourage my friends and relatives to use them. The service is Poor and slow the staff have no customer service experience. Very, very bad services. Parcel that I was told 4 days took 4 weeks. Parcel Force concentrate on mail delivery within UK because you do that well as Royal Mail, you do not have the experience of international Parcel delivery, leave that to DHL.
