Absolute joke of a company. I sent a parcel to Nigeria for the UK and paid for their premium 'Global Priority ' service because the post office staff convinced me that I could track my parcel until the delivery point and that the parcel will be delivered between 6-8 days. Up till today, 14 days after, my parcel is still not delivered and the last tracking information update on their system was from 12 days ago, when the parcel was supposed to have been shipped. I have called customer service, but the are totally unhelpful and I sent a complaint but received the most annoying response asking me to visit their website to see update regarding suspension of delivery guarantees due to Covid. But they are a still selling these premium services to unsuspecting customers and never advise you to check there website for service disruptions before collecting your money.! Parcel Force Worldwide is a total fraud. I will never use them again after this nasty experience. BE WARNED.
