Waited in all day today, (Friday), for a delivery; tracking showed it was on its way. Then "returned to depot" appeared. Accompanying message was that if the driver left a card, (no card was left), it was because there was no one at home, or if he did not leave a card it was because the address was difficult to find, (we love on a main road with easy parking and good house signage). Nowhere did it say "Sorry the driver ran out of time", or "Sorry, the driver got fed up". All phone lines are automated. To get the package re-delivered tomorrow I would have to pay them £12.00 !!!!!!!! It could be redelivered to a post office for £1.00 or to my address for free - Monday the earliest !!!!! Since the company is unreliable I now have to drive to Manchester in the morning to, (hopefully), pick the parcel up. OK, it's only 20 miles, but a 40 mile round trip to do their job for them is no joke.
