We are an e-commerce business that uses Parcelforce to send our parcels. We found errors on our invoices where we were overcharged by more than £500.
Parcelforce refused to refund any of the billing errors that were more then 90 days old despite them being obvious mistakes by their billing system. They also acknowledged that all the billing errors within the last 90 days were their fault.
We will now be closing our account and start using another company.
If you are a business that is thinking of using them I would recommend that you use a different company.
