*THE MOST INCOMPETENT COURIER*
Parcelforce must rate as *THE MOST INCOMPETENT COURIER*. A parcel sent on their 24hr service took 7 days to arrive and the parcel was totally trashed. The retailer was astonished that so little care had been taken and I was equally shocked by the total lack of information from their Bristol Depot who were delivering the parcel. The Customer Service Agent could not tell me when the parcel might arrive and his final helpful advice was that he "was terminating the call", and the line went dead - So much for customer care.
