Don’t go there. Goods don’t arrive and you are fobbed off with platitudes about refunds which never materialise. They pretend to be a UK company but are based in Germany. In my case I was delivered an empty box which I was asked to send in photos of, which I did. However after several phone calls the refund I was promised seems strangely elusive. Most companies would have sent an acknowledgment of the photos and an immediate refund. Not in the case as it has been entirely down to me to do the running to absolutely no avail after a week. They do not give the impression of being a professional organisation and should be investigated and exposed. I have not received the refund to which I am legally entitled.
