Na het bestellen van speciale, hypo-allergene make-up en creme, heb ik hier een allergische reactie op gehad.
Parfumdreams.nl stond erop dat de artikelen retour moesten, al waren ze geopend.
Met een ontstoken gezicht aldus onderweg naar twee GLS-punten die niet bleken te bestaan.
Daarna verzocht aan Parfumdreams.nl om de rekening op te heffen en het daarbij te laten, dit kon volgens hun, ik quote: "zomaar niet", hoewel het een bijzonder vervelende situatie betrof.
Naar mijn idee is empathie en klantvriendelijk het belangrijkste, en dat houdt soms ook in dat je met een klant meedenkt.
Maar, het pakket moest en zou retour.
Na een hoop ge-heen en weer zonder enig begrip, stond Parfumdreams.nl erop dat het alsnog retour moest, maar de gêste vanuit hun kant was dat het via een door mij gekozen vervoerder mocht. Zij zouden het door mij betaalde bedrag voor de retourzending naar mij overmaken.
Ik heb het pakket de volgende dag gelijk weggebracht en de factuur gestuurd.
Inmiddels wacht ik al ongeveer 3,5 week op het terugstorten van dit bedrag.
Op 5 augustus heb ik ze wederom gemaild met de vraag waarom ik het nog niet retour het gehad, waarbij ik terug kreeg dat ze het druk hebben.
Inmiddels zijn we álweer 10 dagen verder en heb ik het bedrijf verzocht het nu met spied te regelen.
Kortom, als je bij een bedrijf wilt kopen dat klantvriendelijk is: doe het dan niet bij dit bedrijf.
De prijzen zijn verleidelijk, maar als je in zo een situatie komt als ik, gaat er niets boven een bedrijf dat met je meedenkt en empathisch handelt. Dat is Parfumdreams.nl NIET.”

“Almost 10 days ago, I tried to order 2 parfumes from parfumdreams with the iphone app. I entered my credit card information, but at the end of the order process I got a technical error from their site. Afterwards I contacted their customer service multiple times via email and phone. First they blamed me and told that I probably did a mistake during the purchase process. Then they insisted that its my banks fault and I must contact my bank. I did that too and my bank stated that parfumdreams blocked the amount from my credit card. So they let the money stuck just without any reason. At the last time with the customer support they finally admitted that they have a problem with their credit card purchase system. And that this happens with multiple customers and I just have to wait more without giving me a timeline when I will get my money. And after I asked them why they didnt tell me that from the beginning on, they lied again and stated that they already told me that I will get my money.
Just stay away from that company, their customer service is worst, they have problem with their system and if you draw the short straw, they do bot take the blame, you are the wrong one as customer.”

“Awful. I will never order from here again and will not recommend to others. I asked for a refund a few weeks ago on an unopened item & customer services said I could have one once they had received the return. It was a tracked return and I saw that they had received the item two days after I sent it back to them. I waited two weeks and sent them another email last week, demanding my refund as they promised. Now I hear nothing so I here I am having to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back because this company is refusing to reply to my emails or give me a refund. AVOID.”
“Do not use this company. Accepted my order without having the product in stock which was 10 days ago. When I was able to make contact with them they cancel the order right away like they knew this was the case and had done it over and over again. My card was of course charged on the day of the order so now I'm waiting for my money back. Do not use this company.”
