I ordered a bottle of Lancome Lá Vie Est Belle on 19th December and couldn't be happier with the service, price and my perfume. They communicated with me by email at every step of the process and quickly informed me of potential delays due to covid and the holiday season which is to be expected. I received my perfume this morning 30th December and had notification yesterday of delivery today with a 2 hour time slot. Very happy customer and will order again. The company is based in Germany so it is going to take slightly longer for delivery than it would if it was a UK company but worth it for the fantastic prices. They are allowed to take holidays for Christmas. Of course there will be delays at this time of year.
