Parfumdreams is a website that when there's a product damaged when you received it, it's all the post office's fault and the customer's responsibility. When customers ask for a return, because the supposedly brand-new product was now damaged (during the shipping, claimed by them), they are not allowed to return it. They will tell you at first, but with efforts on taking photos and they'll contact the courier. The next day, they told you you should be contacting the courier yourself. The outer package was fine while receiving it, not sure why it became the courier's problem. They just throw the responsibility to the customer - sending the message telling you to solve your own problem. Won't recommend buying any stuff from the website anymore. The customer service person is nice, but being nice won't solve problems, because the company's customer service is suck.
