Expensive and Unreliable – No Refund Despite Return I ordered a perfume from Parfumdreams and initially tried to pay with Klarna, but the payment didn’t go through, so I paid via Swish instead. Shortly after, I received a duplicate of the perfume and returned one of them – with proof from PostNord that it was delivered to them on February 11. Weeks have passed and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times with no response. In the end, I’ve paid twice for a perfume I only wanted one of. So no, this site is not cheap – it ended up costing me double. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer authorities and strongly advise others not to shop here.
