Ordered from Party Delights (Phone: 0161 776 1133, Email: customercare@partydelights.co.uk, Location: Unit 4 Tallow Way Fairhills Road Irlam Manchester, M44 6RJ) on Wednesday November 30th, paid for next day delivery before 12 noon, still waiting for the Christmas santa hats Saturday am, and being told by DPD that I can't expect them before Monday at the earliest. The event I ordered them for is today. Enough said. Wish I'd read all the review comments about the company before I ordered from them. Lesson learnt - they won't get an order from me again, and I'm posting this on my FB feed as well. You should be investigated by trading standards.....
