I am very disappointed with the service from Party Delights. I ordered a World Book Day costume over the weekend via express delivery. I then received an email (into spam as it was sent from a no-reply email address) at 4.30pm on Monday to say the item won't arrive by Wednesday despite having paid **£6.95** for express delivery and it comfiming on the final order screen that the item would arrive on time for WBD. I've attempted request a refund but I have been denied as apparently the item had already been packaged - I've been told to wait for the parcel to arrive, then print a label and return it before I'll be refunded - absolutely shocking considering the company have failed to deliver the advertised standard of service, yet I've now got to find the time to go to print a return label, before sending it back.. I've then got to wait until the return has been processed before I get my money back! Absolutely awful service. I would NOT recommend Party Delights.
