My Bellissimo boots arrived yesterday, ordered on the 8th great service. Size 4 fits and is very comfortable, but there is a flaw on right boot! I contacted customer services by phone at 12.30ish, Nadine was fabulous! She ordered another pair to be express delivered, they arrived 30 minutes ago.! I'm so impressed by the speedy turnaround and the great quality boots, in my favourite colour , purple! 💜 The returns process was also very straightforward swith great tracking via Evri. Thank you soooo much, fantastic customer service and boots! Date 12th November 2024
