“I have been to Pavers many times and the selection by size is superb showing what is in stock. Allison at Bury is the most perfect assistant-very knowledgeable ,patient, pleasant and so helpful-i bought 3 pairs of shoes !!”

“I like the comfort of Rieker so bought a pair of ankle boots two weeks ago costing £79.99. Wore them outside in the rain and my feet were soaking wet. Took them back to the shop only to be informed that they were not waterproof. Why would you pay £79.99 for a pair of boots which can't be worn in winter conditions? looked up Rieker advice and they confirm that their boots are not waterproof. Had I been advised of this I would not have bought them. They have just lost a regular customer.”

“At Gloucester Quays your assistant named Fay was excellent her knowledge of sizes fittings and availability was excellent so good that I bought two pairs of boots. Personal attention much appreciated”

“My Bellissimo boots arrived yesterday, ordered on the 8th great service. Size 4 fits and is very comfortable, but there is a flaw on right boot! I contacted customer services by phone at 12.30ish, Nadine was fabulous! She ordered another pair to be express delivered, they arrived 30 minutes ago.! I'm so impressed by the speedy turnaround and the great quality boots, in my favourite colour , purple! 💜 The returns process was also very straightforward swith great tracking via Evri. Thank you soooo much, fantastic customer service and boots! Date 12th November 2024”

“Wrong size information. I ordered size Uk 11 which displays size EUR 45 on the website, but when I received the shoes they were to big as in the box displays UK 11, EUR 46. Now having to return them and reorder its costing extra, not option to collect them or return then to a physical shop in Ireland.”

“I love Pavers shoes. The assistants are always helpful. Today I went to Tring Garden Centre Pavers to buy new winter shoes as my last year's ones were leaking and toes getting wet. The assistant sold me a tin of Dubbin to waterproof them, saving me over £40. So I bought new winter slippers with what I had saved, and still had enough left over to buy an ice cream. Result!”

“I always shop at pavers their own brand of trainers and shoes are very affordable and comfy,staff are brilliant at both my local stores,always find what I want and the sales team are always really good and helpful. Just got myself 2 more pairs of trainer and sandals for my holiday and a fabulous pair of Loretta shoes in the sale real bargain.”

“sizing is not accurate. All other brands state 42 is UK size 8. Pavers state it's 9”

“I was delighted to find a Pavers shop near me as I travelled to Dundee last time I wanted good quality shoes and I knew a Pavers was there. This company stock a good range of quality shoes in my small size. On my visit to my nearby location yesterday I found an item I had been looking out for without success. Staff here and in Dundee were very pleasant and helpful.”
