I wish I could give less than one star. I used this platform between 2017-2020, and it was good back then, the support was also quick and efficient. Now, it is just plain automated responses, not real support handling requests, and just wait, wait, and wait....
Late/delay in payments, and you will keep trying to find a way to contact, and they will ask you to read the articles on the website, instead of actually providing customer support? What is the fee for that Payoneer is charging? Read the articles?
No chat available, and when you call and proivde your customer ID, the automated response will tell you "thank you for wasting money for the call, now go the heck and read the articles or send us email and wait for 2 days --- we don't care about your urgency at all."
Even the wait time will be over, and plainly writing in the email to not send multiple emails, because "how dare you," as if you do so we will further delay the resolution.
I am losing my client, because I have to buy subscription and here I am writing the review with anxiety.
Payoneer has lost it. They don't care.
I am not going to use it again............ EVER!
