The PC I ordered would not boot up into Windows. Contacted Customer service who advised to check the leads from the SSD card and found that the cable linking it to the motherboard was not plugged in properly.
I ordered a digital copy of Office 2019 which I presumed was installed for me but it wasn't. Again I had to contact customer service to sort it out.
PC now working fine but disappointed that my issues were not sorted prior to delivery. However customer service was brilliant however.
