Build time was estimated as five to seven working days and the laptop that I ordered was delivered exactly one week after ordering. I had some difficulty in installing Microsoft Office, but customer service was very helpful and enabled me to resolve the problem quickly. On the basis that PC Specialists did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, had a clear web site, kept me well informed from ordering to delivery and offered good customer service, I too would recommend them.
