I don't know where to begin to be honest. I bought a tower with PCS in late 2017 and it never failed me, it's still going strong. I decided to upgrade recently and there was a sentimental reason for it. My father had passed away and a new build was something we'd chatted about a while before that happened. Because I was looking for a particular build, I exchanged emails over multiple weeks with a customer service agent that was genuinely one of the kindest service agents I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to. I'm also going to specifically be giving giving feedback separately on him via PCS because of how useful, thoughtful and understanding he was. Communication is excellent, the staff know their stuff and my build was an expensive liquid series custom loop, so there was a lot more to it than your average tower. It arrived on a pallet via palletways, perfectly wrapped. When it arrived I was concerned because my Rog Strix 4090 box arrived with it and I thought I'd have to install it. I immediately rang PCS and got through in about 5 minutes, pretty good response time for a Friday. The tech matey explained that because my GPU was a custom EK waterblock,they send the heatsink separately because I've obviously still paid for the 4090. I now have the option to sell this myself because I have no need of it. We had a hilarious exchange of emails over my mistake (I'd not actually even looked inside of the tower at this point) and again the service was excellent. If you want the warranty and peace of mind, please go here. I know if I have an issue, it gets sorted. I had to RMA a fan on the last tower and it was difficult to reach, so they picked up, fixed and collected it within a week. Not a bad word to say. This isn't sponsored or anything, it's just a honest opinion from someone that was going through a rough time and got treated with respect and empathy over something that at the end of the day, is pretty trivial in comparison to everything else. 10/10. I wouldn't go anywhere else. For some reason it won't this site won't let me upload videos or photos. I'm assuming it's to do with the file size as my phone takes high quality pictures and they're quite large, which is a shame.
