Order process including info associated with each component/option, updates during build, delivery, setup and running have been great - can't fault them. My only panic was when it arrived and I saw the graphics card in the box and I thought "I have to install this myself?!" - it took me quite a while to twig that the (PCS) build swaps out the huge fan/cooling unit for the watercooled system! It's good getting all the leftover parts/manuals etc. I still have the ones from my previous PC order from PCS 15 years ago :) The machine is great - runs very quietly and stays very cool - am hoping it will keep me going for another 15 years!
