I have been looking at a custom-built PC at different suppliers for months and decided to stick with PC Specialists. I have made the right decision. Before ordering a £2.5k PC I have been speaking with one of their customer service team members (sorry, I forgot his name) and I have discussed in detail about the spec I have selected. I have been given valuable advice on some of the components I wanted, and I was able to choose the right PC spec. The lead time with a 5 days fast tracking fee was exactly 5 days, so very happy that I could receive the PC at the desired date (had to call to enquire at some point as the PC was stuck in testing stage for 3 days). The packing was sturdy, and the PC arrived safely to me. So far I have no issues with the PC, it booted up correctly and followed the instructions to finalise Windows set up. Overall, very pleased with the purchase and the company, so thumbs up. It would have been appreciated if PC specialists had offered any kind of discount or some free-bee's for purchase price in excess of £2k.
