Having previously built my own PC’s and was considering doing so again this time I out of interest looked at PCSpecalist having been recommended to them by a colleague. The web site is super easy to use, in particular the custom build section which will highlight any problems with your selections when you press on proceed, including recommending downgrades that are unnecessary to save you money! Had a couple of queries and the sales staff are very efficient and knowledgeable, answered my question quickly and accurately. Email notifications at all stages of the build and delivery were great. Build and delivery time were within what had been quoted. The PC arrived very well packaged and was easy to set up. I really cannot fault the build quality very neat and the performance actually is better than expected. Also they sent me all unused cables etc, great as I had a couple of HD drives to the system to add myself. i could go on and on, but in short I highly recommend PCSpecalist and am in the process of ordering a PC for a friend from them, what more can I say. A++ for service and quality.
