I would would 101% recommend PC specialist. My sons gaming tower arrived. The build is of excellent quality. The price i think was really decent for what i ordered (specs), even though was slightly out of my budget, but i know know this has been made specifically for what my son wants to play on it, so is definitely worth it. The customer service is 10/10. They have time to explain things to their customers. They are very helpful, friendly, kind and dont try to rush you off the phone. They recommended what specifications to go for, by going on what games my son wants to play. They didnt try to oversell me anything either. Unfortunately i found one of the feet on the tower was cracked when i had opened it up to have a sneak peek to measure it up for a desk i wanted to get, but i phoned up, and they were more than helpful. I wasnt angry about the situation as things do happen, and I currently am waiting for a replacement foot to arrive. I have no idea how to do it myself, but the email i received today said i can phone and they will help me. Communication was prompt aswell. Cant fault them at all. Came well packaged and was built and delivered within the time frame they gave. I will do another review with photos when i have switched it on as its for my sons birthday which is up coming.
