Very easy to order online. My chosen setup was automatically checked for compatability and any issues highlighted so I could amend. Once ordered, confirmation was quickly received. Emails indicating where my build was and at what stage was received regularly. When dispatched emails from pcspecialist and dpd were received advising of delivery. On delivery day (just 6 working days after order) email from dad with delivery slot was received. They delivered bang on time stated. Delivery op was very pleasant and courteous, laptop was well packaged and received in perfect condition. Booted up, installed a few bits and away I went.....
