An excellent service from PC Specialist. I ordered three laptops, a desktop and several monitors which arrived promptly. The specification for the price is far better than buying the equivalent computers ready-made elsewhere. The staff were very helpful over the phone when we requested information. Minor niggles included the clunky ordering system where one cannot order more than one item of any peripheral per computer, so a manual additional order needs to be raised by a member of staff over the phone (want to buy two mice when ordering one computer: too complicated for their automated system!). Also, the specifications generated make it difficult to work out which is a desktop and which is a laptop - simply labelling 'desktop' or 'laptop' would be a great help. Items I needed to return were dealt with efficiently, but each needed to be treated separately so it was overly bureaucratic. It would have been nice to have been informed that the monitors came with HDMI cables so we wouldn't have ordered these separately, especially as they were ordered over the phone at the same time! I hope PC Specialist addresses the limitations in their ordering system, and I thoroughly recommend them.
