The customer service was efficiently helpful with updates on my order, the delivery was quick and the PC was in perfect condition. The process was easy and made the experience a simple as possible. My first PC has survived 8 years with me, but it was time to upgrade. The new system is the best you can get. It's a powerhouse, you can clearly see the attention to detail and care that PC Specialist goes through for each and every device. Unfortunately, the delivery was slightly later than expected, but with regular updates, they did everything they could to get it shipped as soon as possible.
