Used for the first time late 2023 and then again in January 2024. Love the way the website works, a lot of design thought has clearly gone into it. Bit of a hiccup in test with first PC re an incompatibility between ssd (that needed 10w) and PSU that should have had 300w + to spare. This was never satisfactorily explained by Tech Support but was resolved by different brand of SSD. I'd have prefered a full anaysis but was pressed for time. PCS did pay half the cost of the different SSD though. Second PC order went like clockwork. So customer service, price and delivery all good and hopefully won't need to comment on returns or refunds.
