Design website was clear and easyvto use. Pricing was clear. I called the helpline re an offer and the operator was helpful and courteous. The ststed timescales for build, test and delivery where reasonable and were met. I was able to track the process on line - again very eaily. Delivery was as stated and the info provided by email and with my computer, related to set-up was concise and easy to follow. Iam very happy with the product and the service and would recommend PCS and would definitely use them again without any hesitation. This was my first foray into specifying a configuration for a pc so used the website to research and cost a set-up for MSFS 2020 and other simulation packages. I compared with their competitors but PCS allowed me to compromise where I was comfortable rather than accept a lower spec on a component. E.g many offered a lower spec motherboard to keep their prices down. I opted for a good spec from the choice offered but the price was still reasonable.
