One of the best prices I was able to find a laptop for, and that's including pre-built ones as well. A good degree of customisability, although there were some cases where I only had one option to choose from (e.g. processor) - but it is understandable given the limitations of a chassis/motherboard, so not a major issue. I got my laptop delivered in 7 working days - fairly quick. Build quality is superb, except for the keyboard. It's still an above-average keyboard, but could be improved. The keys are a bit floaty, and the letters on some of the keycaps are slightly off-centre. I'm very happy with the overall experience and product, and would highly recommend them.
