My son specified a new pc at Christmas as my old one was very slow. I ordered and it was delivered as promised and set up went fine. However after 6 days it would not boot up. After talking with PCS help line a new hard drive was dispatched with I fitter without too many issues. Again the pc worked fine for about 8 days and then again would not boot up. Same screen and message as previous fault. Another hard drive was offered which I refused and insisted on the pc being replaced or my money returned. After much discussion the faulty pc was collected and eventually a replacement pc built to same spec was delivered albeit contained in a slightly different box. This has since worked perfectly and I hope this will continue to perform. Regrettably the experience was painful and took a lot of time to resolve which left me without a pc for several weeks. I lost count of the number of emails and phone calls!
