Hands down one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Their website is so well done and makes it very easy to select the components for your PC, advising you on compatibility along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, I received an email regularly updating me on the status of my order and they even sent me a 3D image of my PC during the build, so good! I spoke to customer service to upgrade a drive halfway through the process and they were very happy to oblige, so helpful. Delivery was 7 days in total which is impressive considering all the testing and quality control they perform. My PC came via courier so well packaged and secure with an excellent welcome box, with all the accessories and information I needed to get set up. I’ve even joined the PCS Forum which is great, as it’s full of helpful hints and tips for everything computer related. Handy for a non expert like myself. All in all, I would highly recommend PC Specialist if you’re looking to purchase a new computer. You get a custom built machine with top spec which is assembled and tested by professionals, something I always thought would be out of my reach but is actually very affordable. So much better and powerful than anything from a high street department store and way more stylish too. Thank you PC Specialist!
