Ordered a low-mid range pc years ago and decided to upgrade with a newer build again, really pleased with how easy it is to build the items and the site really helping with part compatibility. PC arrived when requested due to a work trip and worked well but biggest highlight is the Staff member Michael Reid who I actually had assist me multiple times with getting a missing part for my external SSD and also to replace a faulty RAM card. He was super patient and understanding with me, really solidified my trust in PC specialist as a business to come back to.
