This is my first time ordering from PC Specialist and it's been great. I've had a really old laptop for 10 years where the hardware was limited so was in need of a big upgrade. I was able to fully customize that my PC*. I did months of research to get the best what I could get for my budget. My build came to £1399. Delivery. I've had the PC for about 2 weeks now, it took about 7 working days for build and delivery. Happy with the time it took, the quality of the pc is a lot better than I thought. It was well packaged, however the packing foam that was put in to fill between parts of the inside of the PC was quite tricky to get out, I was worried to break something as it was so lodged in, just be careful when taking that out. Also if you get a wireless network card, you attach the antennas. I did have an issue with some updating feature restart problem with windows 11, and I contacted PC Specialist, and got back very quick responses with a solution. I was able to follow these and sort the issue out in Command Prompts. The PC works brilliantly and so much faster than anything I've had before. I use it for 3D software such as blender and I've also now been able to play games like Star Wars: Fallen Order and others on Xbox Game Pass. *The monitor, Keyboard, speakers and mouse in the images are not from PC Specialist.
