I found the ordering process online very easy. However The confirmation email didn't mention that I had chosen a pick-up point which was confusing. I also failed to create an account and I had to contact customer service for help. I really liked the option of collecting my laptop but it came in a very large box which made it a hassle to carry it home. The laptop itself is brilliant - fast, good screen and keyboard. Because of its speed it saves me a lot of time in everyday use. I wholeheartedly recommend it and I am proud to support a British company. Considering the specifications PC Specialist is actually cheaper than many of its rivals.
