Second time purchasing. First computer lasted 11 years (with multiple upgrades). Great build quality again this time. Their testing process also identified unexpected issues with part compatibility which they resolved. It would have been a costly mistake if I had come across this myself in a self build. Price was reasonable too, only marginally higher than buying parts myself. My only dislike is how specialist put their ugly logo on the cases. They removed it for free, but the process of me asking and then ordering added several days to my build. I would knock half a star for this if I could.
