This was my second time using PCspecialist after a previous build in 2016. That PC was still going strong, but I needed to update my setup. The new PC has been great. It took about a week to build and there were regular updates on the progress. The delivery information was accurate and prompt. The machine was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I've been really impressed with the service and information provided. The emails were very clear about how to assemble any extras, and I was able to redeem an offer for a free game via their website.
