pc specialist was very quick to build PC and helped me along the way with delivery issues with DPD who I had several issues with as they had my pc 11 days, I paid for weekend delivery took a day off work it did not arrive pc specialist's phoned DPD and was given no further information. I rang DPD who said they could not find my pc and an investigation would need to be done. I then received a message on the Monday saying my pc was on its way causing me to have to take more time off work. Pc specialist refunded my weekend delivery charge with no hesitation and were very helpful
