This is the third computer I've bought from PC Specialist in the last 7 years, and it hasn't disappointed so far. The technical knowledge of the staff who advised on the detail of the build has been generally very good, and when there was a slight hiccup in the assembly with the cooling radiator and hose placement not being optimal (ie. on the front of the pc instead of where it should be on the top with the pump beneath) this was identified when I saw the finished build photo prior to testing. I phoned PCS technical support and pointed the problem out to the tech and he agreed, arranging for the radiator and fans to be re-positioned before proceeding to testing. I've had a few minor issues with Windows 11 and Corsair software which have now been resolved and for the last few days it's been plain sailing. The performance of the machine is as expected - it has speeded up my workflow dramatically and fun wise it eats the most demanding games for breakfast. If you'll excuse me, there is a new ship in my Star Citizen hanger which needs played with....
