the Pc was built quite quickly and despatched sooner than i thought, and I was kept updated on every step from start to finish Unfortunately, on starting it up there was clearly a problem with the graphics.However, the response from customer service was again excellent and after having to jump through a few hoops( expected as the new graphic card that needed to be sent out is between 300 - 400 pounds ), it was resolved very quickly and efficently efficiently(3 days from 1st reporting problem to new card arriving. As soon as i Put new card in it has worked beautifully !!!! I would have given 5 star but for the damaged graphic card which was clearly done in Transit and outside of your control Well, done PCSpecialist !!!!!
