I've bought a few laptops / desktops from PCS over the years, and when the time comes I'll buy from them again. Great communication / tracking where you can keep up to date with the build / testing stages of your purchase. As always you get the spec what you ask for. The only gripe I have is with the delivery firm (and not PCS) of my last purchase. It should have arrived within 24 working hours, the delivery company (PDP) was late, when finally out for delivery they said they could not make the delivery and would try again the following day. Their parcel tracking service showed a photo of a different address they said they had tried to deliver it to(this photo they subsequently deleted). We contacted PCS customer support immediately and explained the situation. PCS customer support were brilliant and contacted the delivery firm, hey presto within 30 minutes our laptop arrived!
