Had used PC Specialist before, so when my old laptop finally died after 10 years I had no hesitation in ordering a new one from them. I like the custom build ordering system online, so I know I'm getting exactly what I want as opposed to selecting pre-built models. The order I placed was urgent, but they didn't know that. However the building, testing. QA and delivery process was so fast that I took physical receipt of my new laptop just 4 days after ordering it! Very happy with it so far. The only slight downside is that it won't boot up if I have my (self-powered) 12 port USB hub connected, which I find strange because my old laptop had no problem with that, but at the end of the day it's not exactly a hardship to disconnect it before rebooting and connect it up again after it's back at the desktop. Hopefully this will last me as long as my previous one did.
