I found PC Specialist on the Internet while I was looking to replace my old PC and I am very very happy that I did. I chose one that was about the price I was thinking about and then used the upgrade options for each component of the PC. When I had chosen my upgrades I had one thing I wanted to query so I phoned up and my question was answered for me.I then said I would like to go ahead with my order. This was on a Saturday morning and a Bank Holiday weekend. I received regular updates on the progression of my order and on the Wednesday morning I was informed that it would be delivered between 9:30 and 11:30.It arrived at 9:30 that morning. That is first class service. It was well packaged and very easy to set up even for me in my 70s. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of my new PC I love it. I did have to phone up about a Windows update a couple of days ago that I was having problems with once again the excellent customer services sorted it for me. I would highly recommend this company.
