I bought my first gaming PC around 7 years ago, unfortunately the i7 wasn't compatible with W11 so I decided it was time for a complete upgrade. I enjoy PC gaming but don't know about the latest components or what would be best for what I need. I knew I'd always had great support on my other device, even when outside of warranty so I decided to call and see if they could help me create a build. To my surprise this is something they offer. After discussing my budget and what features I knew I wanted (such as ray tracing, preferred brands etc) the agent selected parts which came in below budget and explained why they chose that item. This was saved as a quote which was sent via email and I knew it was perfect so bought it right away. Once received, I realised my old monitor didn't have the right connections, I called support and they offered advice which resolved the issue. PC Specialist have made the world of PC gaming accessible to anyone and it's only served to build my trust in the company and it's great to see how much has changed since my previous purchase. You get regular updates on how the build is progressing and can also see a 360 view of the built device. I will be back, but hopefully not for a while. Thank you!
