I have bought 2 computers in the last 18 months. Both times these computers have been exactly as described, with no bloatware rubbish installed on them to slow them down (as happens with most commercial laptops). On my more recent purchase we had some delivery issues (caused at my end), and PCS were very quick to respond to emails and accurately advise on how to deal with it. I keep buying from PCS because they are very customer-orientated and you get a lot more value for money than you would buying the same spec computer from a well-known brand.
