The ordering process was fantastic, easy and kept me up to date. I did have to ring them once, to check on the status, as it spent about 9 working days marked as "processing your order". The laptop itself is awesome! Quiet and well built.. i always love the finish of the laptop with PC specialist Iv been ordering from them for many years, i even ordered my dad his laptop through them when he needed a new one! They are MUCH BETTER QUALITY than your currys, argos etc. Price is always more compared to other shops... but its worth it, and i dont mind paying more for the quality. Good work
