Right from the offset the ordering and buying experience was straight forward. The website made it easy to select the various options available. Once the order was placed, regular updates were given as to the status of your order letting you know exactly where you were in the process. The PC was delivered as advised via the courier, well packaged and without any damage. I had an issue with some software I had purchased with regards to drivers ( please note a software issue not a pcspecialist issue ), I phoned the pcspecialist support team and they were delighted to help and resolve the issue. Very professional and courteous staff who went above and beyond. I would have absolutely no issue recommending these guys to anybody. A first class experience. Many thanks Tom
