I ordered from the pre-built section of the website which is generally so much simpler when you haven’t much knowledge in hardware. Once the order is placed, you can access the portal at any time to track your order super easily. The communication through-out is done via email and was top notch because it meant I did not have to check in every single day for progress manually. Information was sent out and delivered within 14 days of the order - a little patience is required but you will not regret it when it arrives. All spare parts, leaflets, warranty and extras from PC Specialist themselves are provided for after care and upgrades. Really good service and haven’t had a single issue with the PC since I’ve had it. Software comes preinstalled but does not come preconfigured so ensure to check the Nividia Control Panel (or other) to tweak to your performance needs.
