The computer has been delivered faulty from day one… it still isn’t working. Not only have I had nothing but problems with the computer, I am now on day 4 of trying to get the machine repaired. They seem to expect you to be a computer tech and dismantle the thing yourself!! I am still waiting on a new graphics card as the machine was sent out faulty… there has been delay after delay and quite honestly I am extremely disappointed with the computer and the amount of help… not only am I expected to change the graphics card myself but it has to be out to return as the new one arrives … of which I haven’t been given a time scale on its arrival yet!! Extremely disappointed with the entire process… and I still don’t have a working machine!!
